We build the second kind. Every Burnett building is framed in our own shop in Muldrow, loaded on a trailer, and placed where you want it.

Nothing is a stock item you take or leave. Pick the siding, the roof color, the door placement, the windows, the shelving and the loft. If the size on the list isn’t the size you need, we will build to your dimensions.

Every building carries a five-year limited warranty against faulty workmanship and materials. Our pressure-treating partner warranties treated lumber for life against fungal decay and termite damage.

Delivery, setup and what we need from you

Delivery is free for one trip up to 50 miles one way. Past that, buildings 8–12′ wide are $6.00 per mile and buildings 14–16′ wide are $9.00 per mile.

Setup and leveling

Free setup on wood or cement blocks. A fee may apply for leveling beyond that, or for raising the whole building. Concrete blocks are supplied by the customer on site — ask your dealer for details.
